Day 1 Arrival in Bangkok

Today our guide will pick you up at Suvarnabhumi International Airport Bangkok and transfer to your hotel at Shangri-La Hotel Bangkok.  We will be also hosting and preparing the welcome dinner for you at the hotel.


Day 2 Bangkok City Tour

Today we’ll visit three of Bangkok’s most impressive temples. We’ll collect you from your hotel and proceed towards our first temple stop the most magnificent Royal Grand Palace and associated temple Wat Phra Kaew, where you will get to see the sacred Emerald Buddha and the stunning architecture and buildings of the Grand Palace; the oldest temple we will visit on this tour will be "Wat Pho" which houses the majestic giant Reclining Buddha and is the home of Traditional Thai massage. The final temple visit of the day will be Wat Arun or Temple of Dawn the iconic river side temple. 

After that we will have lunch at a local restaurant.

After lunch we’ll return to your hotel and relax at your leisure at the hotel.

In the evening we’ll pick you up from your hotel at 6.30 p.m. and experience an exhilarating dinner cruise along the Chao Phraya River, or "the River of the King" to enjoy the romantic scene and dine with lively music or classical dance. Then, we’ll return to your hotel and stay overnight at Shangri-La Hotel Bangkok.  


Day 3 Bangkok – Ayutthaya – Nakorn Ratchasima

Today we’ll travel to the old capital of Thailand at Ayutthaya, the former capital of Siam. Once the centre of the Kingdom, today only the ruins of this magnificent city remain.

We will visit Wat Phranuncherng and Wat Sri Sunphet temples.Then, we’ll visit the Viharn Mongkonbaphit and Mahathat temples.

On the way we will have lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, we’ll continue the journey to Nakhon Ratchasima.

In Nakhon Ratchasima we’ll visit Klang Dong market, located amid mountains and forestland of Nakhon Ratchasima’s Pak Chong district, this small art market, is part of the Klang Dong Mountain View Resort and is in the style of English garden beautifully decorated with folk art pieces hence many nice corners for photo taking. Besides shopping for decorative items and enjoying food, you can also join an art workshop to paint pots or take a water color painting, drawing, or oil painting course at the art studio by painter Bancha Sriwongrat. 

Next, we’ll visit Wat Theppitak Punaram, where you can see a majestic huge white Buddha statue embedded in the hillside towering over the valley and the highway. Then we’ll continue to visit a local Dan Kwian pottery village

Tonight we’ll stay overnight at Dusit Princess Korat ( Welcome dinner at the hotel )


DAY 04 Nakhon Ratchasima – Buri Ram- Surin – Khon Kaen

Today we’ll depart to Buri Ram

Then, we’ll visit Phanomrung Historical Park, is a Khmer temple complex set on the rim of an extinct volcano at 402 metres (1,319 ft) elevation. It was built of sandstone and laterite in the 10th to 13th centuries. It was a Hindu shrine dedicated to Shiva, and symbolises Mount Kailash, his heavenly dwelling.

Next, we’ll visit Prasat Muangtam Sanctuary, a Khmer temple. It is primarily in the Khleang and Baphuon styles, which dates its primary phases of construction to the late 10th and early 11th centuries. The primary deity was Shiva, although Vishnu was also worshipped there.

Then, we’ll have lunch at local restaurant

In the afternoon we’ll drive to Surin. Then, we’ll visit Baan Tha Sawang silk, weaving village, the village has a weaving plant in ancient style. Silk woven here is produced from very fine thread of silk, dyed naturally, and woven with delicate pattern from the past.

Next, we’ll visit Baan Tha Klang Elephant Camp or elephant study center. The locals here are called the Suai people. They are skilled in capturing, training and raising elephants. An elephant museum here displays a complete elephant skeleton, its organs, tools used to capture elephants, elephant-raising techniques, and the history and development of Surin elephants.

We’ll rive to Khon Kaen city the second-largest of the north-eastern provinces of Thailand

Tonight we’ll stay overnight at Pullman Khon Kaen Raja Orchid


DAY 05 Khon Kaen – Loei

Today we’ll visit Wat Nong Waeng and “Phra Mahathat Kaen Nakhon” 'The Great Buddha’s Relics' or 'The Nine Story Stupa’, where are situated the four-mini-Buddha's relics in each corner sheltered by a seven-head-nāga crystal wall.

Then, we’ll have lunch at a local restaurant at the lake “Bueng Kan Nakhon”

In the afternoon we’ll drive to Loei city, one of the most sparsely populated provinces of Thailand. 

Next, we’ll visit Phrathat Srisong Rak, is a Buddhist stupa built in c. 1560 by Laotian and Thai kings. It is located on the Man River in Dan Sai districtLoei province of modern-day Thailand, 20 miles (32 km) from the modern Thailand-Laos border. The name means "Stupa of Love from the Two Nations".

Then, we’ll visit Wat Neramit Wipattasana temple. At Wat Neramit Wipatsana , both the Ubosot and Chedi are beautifully constructed of laterite. The large Ubosot is interiorly decorated in resemblance to the great temples of Bangkok. Moreover, a replica of Phra Phutthachinnarat is enshrined as the main image.

Then, we’ll visit Baan Phi Ta Khon Museum, an educational attraction for those interested in the Bun Luang and Phi Ta Khon Festivals. Besides, there are an Ubosot reflecting the skills of local craftsmen, as well as, a replica of Phrathat Si Song Rak, including Bun Luang Festival and Phi Ta Khon are organised.

Tonight we’ll stay overnight at Phu Pha Nam Hotel


Day 06 Loei – Phitsanulok - Sukhothai

Today we’ll drive to Phitsanulok city

And we’ll visit Phra Sri Rattana Mahathat, an old temple in Phisanulok, known among the locals as “Wat Yai”, was founded in 1357 by King Phaya Lithai (King Maha Thammaracha I of Sukhothai)

Then we’ll visit the Buddha casting factory, you’ll get to see and understand the casting of Buddha images. 

We’ll have lunch at local restaurant.

In the afternoon we’ll continue the journey to Sukhothai (The Dawn of Happiness)

Then, we’ll visit the marvelous old temples and depart from the Historical Park of Sukhothai City

Tonight we’ll stay overnight at The Legendha Sukhothai


Day 07 Sukhothai – Chiang Rai

Today we‟ll journey onwards to the Charming City of Lampang and take the exciting the Horse Carriage riding around the city

Then we‟ll have lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon we’ll continue long journey to the Charming City Chiang Rai

Then, we’ll visit Wat Phra that Lampang Luang, the most sacred temple of Lampang.

On the way we’ll visit a famous White Temple, a contemporary, unconventional, privately owned, art-exhibit in the style of a Buddhist temple.

Tonight we’ll stay overnight at The Legend Chiang Rai Boutique River Resort & Spa ( Welcome dinner at the hotel )


Day 08 Chiang Rai

Today Depart to Doi Tung Royal Villa mountain, the palace of the King’s Mother, which was built fusing Lanna and Swiss architectural styles. Then, we’ll learn about the royal projects and enjoy the beautiful Mae Fah Luang botanical gardens.

We’ll have lunch at a local restaurant

After that we’ll visit Opium museum of Golden Triangle to get to know the history of Opium 

Next, we’ll visit Golden Triangle, enjoy the panoramic view of Golden Triangle, one of Asia's two main opium-producing areas and an area of around 367,000 square miles (950,000 km2) that overlaps the mountains of three countries of Southeast Asia: Myanmar, Laos and

Thailand.

Tonight we’ll stay overnight at The Legend Chiang Rai Boutique River Resort & Spa


Day 09 Chiang Rai

Today we’ll take you to the port and take a private boat from Mae Fah Luang Bridge to Tha Ton , enjoy the stunning view of the Mae Kok river of Chiang Rai Then, we’ll have lunch at Maekok River view Resort

In the afternoon we’ll head to Chiang Mai city.

Tonight we’ll stay overnight at Tamarind Village Chiang Mai Boutique Hotel 


Day 10 Chiang Mai

This morning we will have free time to relax and enjoy the hotel facilities. 

In the Afternoon we’ll visit Doi Suthep temple, one of the most sacred site to many Thai people, tucked away in the mountains at 1,073 meters and then we’ll visit Wat Phra Singh and Wat Chedi Luang the famous temples in the city.

In the evening we’ll enjoy a traditional Khun Toke Dinner Dine on authentic Northern Thai food at Old Chiang Mai Cultural Center, sample local delicacies and enjoy the atmosphere of Lanna Khantoke. You'll be entertained by a cultural show celebrating dancing styles from every part of the country including A Candle dance , Drum dance, Sword dance , Hill Tribe dance.

Then, we’ll return to your hotel at Tamarind Village Boutique Chiang Mai Hotel.

Day 11 Chiang Mai

This morning we’ll head south to Doi Inthanon National Park to visit the highest mountain of Thailand . Then we’ll continue to enjoy the Twin Pagodas, Pra Mahathat Napametaneedon and Pra Mahathat Noppapol Phumisiri. The Royal Thai Air Force and the people of Thailand erected these beautiful structures to commemorate the 5th cycle birthday (one cycle being 12 years) of their Majesties the King and Queen. The first of these pagodas, erected on the occasion of the King’s 60th birthday in 1987. Inside a Buddha relic and an image of the Lord Buddha are housed. The second monument honoring The Queen’s 60th birthday in 1992

We’ll have lunch at Royal Project Restaurant

After lunch we’ll visit Hill tribe village, enjoy hill tribe market and their traditional life style and return to the hotel and stay overnight at Tamarind Village Chiang Mai Hotel


Day 12 Chiang Mai ( Free day )

Today we will have a Free Day for you so that you can relax and enjoy hotel facilities. You will be also able to choose one of these optional activities of your interest ( Free of charge ) Ex. Spa and Massage or Thai Cooking Class

Day 13 Chiang Mai – Krabi 

In the morning you’ll have enough to relax and enjoy the hotel facilities. We’ll check out and meet your guide at Hotel lobby. Then, we’ll drop you off at the Chiang Mai airport and take a flight to Krabi. Once you arrive at Krabi and you’ll be picked up and we’ll transfer you to your hotel

We’ll be preparing a Welcome dinner at the hotel for you.

Stay overnight at Sheraton Krabi beach Resorts


Day 14   Krabi ( Koh Phi Phi Tour by private speed boat )

Today we’ll travel by a private speed boat, cruise to Phi Phi Island, one of southern Thailand’s most popular destinations. Then, we’ll visit Phi Phi Don Island and sister island Phi Phi Leh. Explore Viking caves and enjoy all the popular sightseeing locations and snorkelling for the whole day. 

Then, we’ll return to a hotel at Sheraton Krabi beach Resorts.


Day 15   Krabi City Tour  

After breakfast at the hotel and our guide will meet you at the lobby at Hotel lobbyToday we’ll enjoy sightseeing program. We’ll visit the Tiger Cave Temple, Khoa Khanab Nam, Krabi seashell fossil.

We’ll have lunch at a local restaurant

After lunch we’ll visit a local Market and Hat Nopparat Thara National Park 

Relax and overnight at hotel at Sheraton Krabi beach Resorts

 

Day 16   Krabi - Bangkok 

After breakfast at the hotel and we’ll leave hotel to Krabi airport by 11.00 a.m. and take a flight back to Bangkok
