We’ll collect you from your hotel and proceed towards our first temple stop the most magnificent Royal Grand Palace and associated temple Wat Phra Kaew, where you will get to see the sacred Emerald Buddha and the stunning architecture and buildings of the Grand Palace; the oldest temple we will visit on this tour will be "Wat Pho" which houses the majestic giant Reclining Buddha and is the home of Traditional Thai massage. Today we’ll visit “Pak Klong Talad” largest flower market in Bangkok, where you can sample many interesting cuisines.  After that we’ll visit “Yaowarat” China Town of Bangkok. There are many small streets and alleys full of shops and vendors selling all types of goods. It has been the main centre for trading by the Chinese community since they moved from their old site some 200 years ago to make way for the construction of Wat Phra Kaew, the Grand Palace.

We’ll have lunch at local restaurant

In the afternoon we’ll visit “Wat Tri Mit” Temple of the Golden Buddha. You will see the large Golden Buddha supposedly crafted from 5.5 tons of solid gold.

Then we’ll continue to visit Jim Thompson House, is now a museum in Bangkok. It is a complex of various old Thai structures that the American businessman Jim Thompson collected from all parts of Thailand in the 1950s and 1960s. It is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Thailand

As Thompson was building his silk company, he also became a major collector of Southeast Asian art, which at the time was not well-known internationally. He built a large collection of Buddhist and secular art not only from Thailand but from Burma, Cambodia, and Laos, frequently travelling to those countries on buying trips.

In the late afternoon we’ll return to hotel and overnight at Shangri-La Hotel Bangkok

Day 04 Bangkok – Ayutthaya

Today we’ll visit Bang Pa-In Summer Palace, is a palace complex formerly used by the Thai kings. The palace is located on the Chao Phraya River bank in Bang Pa-In district, Ayutthaya Province.

We’ll have lunch at a local restaurant

After lunch we’ll depart to the old capital of Thailand “Ayutthaya”, we will board a long tail motor boat for the journey to Ayutthaya, here you can enjoy the picturesque scenery that lies on the banks of the Chao Phraya River. Day 05 Ayutthaya – Supan Buri – Kanchanaburi

Today we’ll depart to Supan Buri and visit Sam Chuk market, an old market in Suphan Buri is world famous because with its great heritage conservation, it has won an award from the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organisation (Unesco). Till this day, 19 patterns of gingerbread work have still adorned old local houses and shops here.

Next, we’ll visit Buffalo Village. They certainly have quite alot of water buffalos here. All sorts of different types, as well as pygmy water buffalos and albino water buffalos not seen in most zoos. Visitors can pat and touch some of the gentle animals and farmers are there to tell you all about the water buffalos and how they are used in farming, in Thai of course. They also have a nice selection of rare birds in cages that you can get near, some of which have absolutely the strangest chips and calls that I have ever heard.

Then, we’ll visit Kao Hong market . With its history tracing back more than one century ago, this market has combined three trade areas together. The oldest area is known as Talad Lang. It sprang into operations after a tragedy struck a Chinese merchant’s family.

Its founder Hong or Boonrod Liangwanich survived the robbery at his bustling raft shop-cum-house but his wife was killed.

Following that tragic incident, Boorod moved his shops to a riverside plot of land in Suphan Buri and erected a watchtower to prevent his place from bandits and robbers. The tower has holes for guns to fire out.

Some 30 years later, Talad Klang and Talad Lang were set up. Together, they are known as Kao Hong Market. If visitors want to learn about the market’s long history, they can browse into the Kao Hong Market Museum where utensils of the old days are also on display.

We’ll have lunch at local restaurant in the market

In the afternoon we’ll drive to Kanchanaburi

Then, we’ll make a stop at Nam Tok Station and catch the train to trace the Death Railway route to Tham Krasae station. Next, we’ll drive to RESOTEL pier and then take a long–tailed boat to The Float House River Kwai Resort Kanchanaburi

Day 06 Kanchanaburi

Today we’ll visit the famous 7-tiered Erawan waterfall located in Erawan National Park. The falls are situated amongst rough jungle and are truly one of the most beautiful falls in Asia.

We’ll have lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, we’ll visit “Hellfire Pass” a riveting museum and memorial trail that spotlights World War II history in Kanchanaburi province.

And then we’ll return to RESOTEL pier and then take a long–tailed boat to The Float House River Kwai Resort and stay overnight.

Day 07 Kanchanaburi – Ratchaburi

Today we’ll drive to Ratchaburi and visit Taotan Tawee, where local people make coconut palm sugar

Then, we’ll visit Nang Yai Wat Khanon National Museum , the internationally recognized Thai cultural heritage. The grand shadow play (Nang Yai) was regarded as a form of high class entertainment in former times, being a combination of several art forms: artistic pattern designs, handicraft art in making meticulous shadow figures, theatrical art, oratory art of composing narration and chorus, and orchestral music to complement all the tactile senses. The origin of Nang Yai can be traced back to the kingdom of Sukhothai. It represents high aesthetic values and reflects ancient wisdom.

We’ll have lunch at local restaurant

After lunch we’ll visit the world famous Damnoen Sadauk Floating Market, one of the few original Floating Markets in Thailand located in Ratchaburi province. Enjoy the traditional life style by sit back and relax on a private long tail boat which will take you along the canal

Tonight we’ll stay overnight at Mai Kaew Damnoen Resort in Rachaburi

Day 08 Ratchaburi – Samut Songkram – Bangkok

Today we’ll drive to Samut Songkram city then we’ll visit the well-known Maeklong train market. Experience the market’s uniqueness as the rails run right through the local market. You will be amazed to watch how the hidden tracks appear as all vendors rush with poles to raise sunshades from the train's track, lowering them once the train slows down its speed, passing all the small vendors.

We’ll have lunch at a local restaurant

Next, we’ll visit Wat Bang Kung, wonder of the Buddhist temple that covered with large trees. Inside an old Buddhist temple is the statue of Nin Mani Buddha, or the villagers called the Luang Phor Dum (late Ayutthaya kingdom)
